Memorial Day Weekend

We went to the "Freedom Festival" with the Toft's. They had cheesy carnival rides (ugly carnies included) and the ripoff games present. There were also many food booths that had some very good food. We walked in the heat for several hours and let the kiddies have fun. They never seem to run out of steam. I wish I could bottle some of their energy, I bet that I would be an instant millionaire. Any way I digress. Capping off the evening was the launching of the hot air balloons. I took several pictures that I will post of the balloons in the air. I found this site while Stumbling and thought that I would share it. This fellow airbrushed a photo of a model from a picture that he had taken. This is an exercise that he uses in one of his classes, his students are asked to replicate the photo to the best of there ability. Check it out.
